Our approach to access.
We aim to make this website usable with keyboards, screen readers, browser zoom, and mobile devices, using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and review target. The settings button supports access alongside clear headings, labeled form fields, visible keyboard focus, and direct contact options.
The bottom-right settings button lets you enlarge page text to 200%, add reading space, use higher contrast, and reduce motion. Choices stay in the current open page and do not create a saved device preference. Refreshing restores the default display. Your device’s reduced-motion setting is respected by default.
Accessibility work continues as the site changes. A display settings menu alone does not establish ADA compliance or full WCAG conformance, and every combination of browser and assistive technology has not been tested. Downloaded PDFs and external email or phone apps can have different accessibility support. If any content or task is difficult to use, contact us for help and describe the barrier.
Navigation
Move around with a keyboard.
- Use Tab to move forward through links and controls, and Shift + Tab to move back.
- The header’s Skip to content link becomes visible when it receives keyboard focus. Press Enter to move to the main content.
- Press Enter to follow a link. Use Enter or Space to activate a button, including the navigation menu buttons.
- Press Escape to close an open header menu. When focus is inside that menu, it returns to the button that opened it.
- The website settings dialog moves focus to its title. Tab moves through its controls, and Escape or Done closes it and returns focus to the control that opened it. Native dialog support depends on your browser.
Quote requests
Check, review, and keep your details.
If a field needs attention, the error overview links to that field. Your entered details remain in the form. After preparing a request, choose Edit details to return to the form with those values retained, then prepare it again.
- Submit request sends the reviewed details to the private Project Royal staff workspace after a security check. Wait for the received reference and keep it for follow-up. A request does not confirm an appointment or final quote.
- If receipt cannot be confirmed, your entries remain. Use Retry same request to avoid a duplicate, or contact us before sending another way.
- Save request (.txt) asks your browser to download a text copy.
- Copy request copies the prepared text. If copying fails, the text is selected for manual copying.
- Select text selects the request so you can use your device’s copy action.
- Open email draft passes the request to your email app. You still send the email yourself.
Preparing, copying, or saving a request does not send it or book a visit. If a download or email draft does not open, use the copy options or contact us directly. The privacy acknowledgment links to the notice in a new tab so you can read it while keeping your form open.
All quotes require on-site verification for accurate pricing and scope.
Saved files and updates
Keep a copy before refreshing.
After you choose Allow offline files, supported browsers can save public website files so some pages can reopen without a connection. Availability depends on the browser and files already saved. Installing the website is optional. Reconnect before submitting a request or sending an email. Personal details are not queued for automatic later delivery.
Quote entries stay in the current page and are not saved in the offline cache. Refreshing the page or choosing Update clears an unsent form. Before updating, copy or save your prepared request. Choose Later on an update notice if you want to keep working in the current page.
Direct help
Tell us where you need help.
If the website or form is difficult to use, call or email us. For website feedback, include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and your device, browser, or assistive technology if useful. You do not need to include sensitive quote details to report a website problem.
