Website information and service agreements

This public WebApp presents Project Royal’s Salem, Oregon cleaning services. Preparing or submitting a request, downloading a flyer, enabling offline files, or installing the site does not book work, create a customer account, make a payment, or agree to a service contract. A received request reference confirms receipt for staff review. Pricing, access, timing, preparation, and scope are confirmed with Project Royal before work.

All quotes require on-site verification for accurate pricing and scope. A separately confirmed service agreement may contain job-specific details; these website notices do not replace it.

Royal Package Deal

The package is driveway, sidewalk, and ONE deck cleaning for $275 USD, valid 2026–2027 only. The sidewalk must be free of parked cars. On-site verification is required. Cleaning only is included; crack filling, Granite Grip® coating, and additional work are quoted separately. See the package page for the description.

Surface condition and summer concrete care

We take care to select pressure and tools suited to the assessed job. Cleaning can reveal pre-existing cracks, pitting, flaking, weak concrete, worn coatings, stains, or loose material. Tell us about damage and access or drainage concerns so the approach and exclusions can be agreed beforehand. Cleaning does not repair structural damage or guarantee removal of every stain.

Nonstructural crack filling and BEHR PREMIUM Granite Grip® coating from The Home Depot are distinct, separately quoted summer-only options. Suitable surfaces and warm, dry preparation, application, and curing conditions are required.

These descriptions explain limitations and preparation; they do not excuse negligent work or remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Downloads, offline information, and content

A saved flyer or offline page can be older than the live website. Confirm the quote and scope before scheduling. Installation and offline availability depend on your browser, storage, and saved files. An internet connection is needed to submit a request or send email. The form does not silently queue requests for later delivery. If a submission cannot confirm receipt, retry the same reviewed request or contact us before sending it another way.

Service images are illustrative and are not represented as completed customer projects. Product names belong to their owners. Reference links do not imply endorsement or partnership. Use website content for your own information and contact us about other reuse.

Privacy, website management, and contact

The privacy notice and Cookies & storage notice describe information and device storage. You can use the online website without allowing optional offline files.
