Cookies & Storage
Choose online access or optional offline website files. This WebApp uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
Effective and updated October 12, 2026.
Your choice applies wherever you visit from
Visitors in Oregon, elsewhere in the US, and in the EU/EEA receive the same storage choice. No IP-location lookup chooses the banner. Optional offline storage starts off. Browsing, scrolling, or opening a link does not turn it on.
What is stored
| Storage | Purpose and control | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Privacy preference | Local storage key projectroy-privacy-preferences. Contains a notice version, choice, and timestamp. Remembers the choice, not a visitor identity. | Up to 180 days. Replaced on change; removed by clearing site data. |
| Offline permission record | After an offline opt-in, the worker keeps a minimal copy of the same version, choice, and timestamp in this app’s Cache Storage. This lets a saved site reopen offline without treating older files as consent. | Valid for up to 180 days; removed with this app’s offline files on withdrawal. |
| Optional offline files | Public pages, code, fonts, logo, images, and app files in this website’s Cache Storage. A requested flyer may be saved after a complete download. Enabled only by Allow offline files. | Until withdrawal, browser eviction, or clearing site data. Earlier files may remain during updates for open pages. |
| Current form entries | Page memory while preparing a request. Not saved as cookies, in local storage, or in the offline cache. | Until refresh, update, or closing the page. |
| Request security check | Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise loads only when you submit a request. The website holds its App Check token in current-page memory. Google can use provider security cookies or storage to prevent abuse; these are separate from optional public offline files. | The website’s token ends with the page session. Provider processing and retention follow Google’s terms and privacy notice. |
| Authorized staff session | Google/Firebase sign-in uses tab-scoped session storage while signing in, then clears it after the private server session is established. The necessary __session cookie is Secure, HttpOnly, and scoped to /api. It is separate from the public offline choice. | Staff server sessions last up to eight hours or until sign-out. Request security values remain in the open staff page. |
| Normal browser caching | Ordinary public HTTP responses may be cached for online delivery, separately from the optional offline feature. | Depends on browser settings and response headers. |
Continue online or allow offline files
Continue online keeps optional storage off. Allow offline files enables it for this browser; it does not install a native app, send your form, or authorize advertising. Browser installation is a separate, optional action.
Submitting a service request is a separate action and works with either offline choice while connected. Submitted customer records and request responses are not stored in the public offline cache or a background sending queue. Choosing Continue online does not disable the security check needed to submit safely.
To withdraw, reopen Privacy & cookie choices in the footer and choose Continue online. This unregisters the WebApp’s offline worker and removes its saved files, including any saved flyer copy. Files downloaded to your device are not deleted. You can also clear this website’s data in browser settings.
If preference storage is blocked or invalid or expired, optional offline access stays off. Another browser or device asks again. An already-open tab can have an older public release until the normal update lifecycle completes. Controls do not automatically refresh an unsent quote.
When moving from an older installed version, its worker can keep controlling an already-open page until that page updates or refreshes. Save or copy any unsent request first, then use the normal Update control or refresh to finish the transition. Older tabs may retain their earlier storage behavior until then.
Tracking, signals, and external links
No analytics, advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or embedded third-party maps or videos are enabled. Global Privacy Control is recognized when your browser exposes it. No sale or targeted-advertising feature is enabled regardless of the offline choice. Do Not Track is not permission to track.
Fonts are hosted here. The submission check contacts Google for security; it does not start an analytics tracker. External links and email involve the destination provider’s own practices. Read the privacy notice for security providers, submitted request records, contact details, and regional privacy-request information.
