Tell us about your project
Share a few details, review them, then submit your request to Project Royal. You can also use an email draft or keep a text copy. All quotes require on-site verification for accurate pricing and scope.
Pre-existing concrete & driveway damage
Cracks, pitting, flaking, loose concrete, worn coatings, and stains may be present before work begins. Cleaning can reveal existing wear and may loosen material that is already weak or deteriorating. It does not repair damaged concrete.
Tell us about known damage and send photos with your request. We assess the surface and agree on an approach before work. Weak or damaged areas may need lighter cleaning, exclusion from the work, or separate repairs before cleaning, crack filling, or coating can proceed. Crack filling is considered only for suitable nonstructural cracks and does not correct settling or structural damage.
